Accomodation

​For the entire duration of the program, you will be staying at the Kent State University Hotel and Conference Center. Each room is designed for two participants who will each have their own queen-size bed, and the bathroom will be shared between the two participants. Our goal is to provide you with the comfort and convenience you need to feel at home while you're away from home.​ All participants will be required to share.

Your room will be equipped with the following amenities:

• Complimentary Wi-Fi in your room and the hotel lobby

Housekeeping services are provided daily to ensure your room is kept clean and tidy.

Laundry facilities are available in the hotel. If you need to wash your clothes, you can visit the laundry room for a small fee. The washer and dryer are available for your use, and you will be charged per use.
